Dr. Michael Wang, geriatrics hospitalist: Dr. Wang coordinates care for older patients during their stay in UC Irvine Medical Center. He is responsible for making sure that all medicines and treatments are compatible and that patients’ physical and emotional healthcare needs are met in the most efficient and effective way.

Dr. Solomon Liao, geriatrics hospitalist: Dr. Liao provides a wide range of services, from helping patients and families address geriatric issues after surgery to consultation services about quality of life, palliative and end-of-life care. Liao is board-certified in internal medicine, geriatric medicine, and hospice and palliative medicine.
