Ramona oversees the Senior Management Group (SMG) and Senior Leadership Compensation Group (SLCG) Programs. She is responsible for managing all UCI SMG matters; interfacing with the Chancellor, Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost, and executive management at the UC Office of the President; and communicating with key stakeholders. Ramona reviews and approves all SMG work.

Julie Lance
Principal Analyst
Julie, under the oversight of the SMG Coordinator, coordinates the administration of the Senior Management Group (SMG) and Senior Leadership Compensation Group (SLCG) Programs. She is responsible for managing all SMG processes and transactions, fulfilling requests from the UC Office of the President, and coordinating all SMG items for submittal to the Regents for approval. Julie also oversees all payroll entries for SMG members, prepares the Annual Report on Executive Compensation and the Annual Report on Outside Professional Activities, and serves as the campus SMG policy and benefits expert. Julie’s position is split between SMG and Planning and Budget.
