Palo Verde is a 200-unit apartment community for graduate students, built around a series of landscaped courtyards and pathways. Apartments range in size from studio to one-, two- and three-bedroom units. All are unfurnished and include an electric range, refrigerator, carpeting and window coverings. They are TV- and cable-ready and feature ethernet connections to the campus.
