Verano Place is a community of over 800 well-maintained, low-cost apartments for both graduate students and students with families. Each apartment features a living and dining room combination and ranges in size from one to three bedrooms, with either a balcony or a patio. Rental rates are considerably lower than comparable units in the surrounding area, and utilities (except telephone and cable) are included.
