All members of the campus community are invited to our inaugural Budget Write-In at Phineas Banning Alumni House on Dec. 1.

Food, music, paper and pens will be provided!

Sponsored by the UC Irvine Alumni Association, ASUCI and AGS, the event will provide an opportunity for you to share with the governor and Orange County legislators:

• Your personal perspectives on the value of UC Irvine’s teaching, research and public service activities
• How the draconian cuts in state funding to UC have impacted you and the university, and
• Why our legislators should re-invest in higher education now!

Vince Stewart, associate director of institutional relations for UC, will deliver a keynote at 6:30 p.m.
